Privacy policy

What we collect

• The story you enter: names, relations, ages and what happened.
• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Payment status from Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Why

Only to make your video, deliver it to your email, send you a receipt, and help if something goes wrong. If you gave permission, we may also post your video on our Instagram page.

Who else sees it

• Razorpay processes the payment (their own privacy policy applies).
• Google (Gmail and Google Drive) is used to deliver the video.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Your story and video are deleted from our servers 60 days after delivery. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your choices

Email our email address is coming soon to see, correct or delete your data, or to remove a video we've posted.
