Delivery

Videos are delivered digitally to the email address you give at checkout, as a download link. Nothing is shipped physically. Basic and Family orders arrive within 3 days of payment, Rush orders within 12 hours. Most orders arrive much sooner.

One free correction

If you made a typo (a name or an age), email us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and the correction. We'll remake the video once, free.

Refunds

• Late delivery: if your video hasn't arrived within the promised time, you get a full refund on request.
• We can't make it: if we cancel your order for any reason, you get a full refund automatically.
• Duplicate payment: refunded in full.
• Because each video is made to order, we can't refund a delivered video for a change of mind.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund before your video is delivered: email us with your order ID.
